Eric has a masters degree in electrical engineering from the University of Louisville and recently earned an MBA from the Ohio State University. Since then he has held progressively increasing levels of responsibility during his time with OEE, Daetwyler and now Ohio Gravure Technologies.
During my time working for OGT, Eric is someone I've looked to for guidance and advice. He has great general industry knowledge, as well as an in depth knowledge of the underlying electronic and mechanical systems on our machines. I hope to achieve this level and breadth of knowledge with all companies and industries in which I work.

Chip is a licensed Realtor who serves as the team leader and listing specialist for The James Group. Recently, Chip was named one of the top five agents under the age of 40 in the Dayton area.
I had the privilege of playing basketball on a OSHAA state final four team coached by Chip. His passion for achieving his work and life goals, while maintaining a beautiful, happy family is something I aspire towards.

Gaurav has developed and managed the creation of embedded control software, image processing software, web application software, as well as managing the software side of installation and service. Along with teaching me more about software than I am capable of remembering he is also motivating me to learn boxing and he is a great friend.
